Design
We will assign your job a project manager (usually the owner) to be your guide through-out the process. You will need to assign one person to give the final OK for the graphics, copy and general layout of the site.

We continually email you samples of the site for your approval and record your comments to assure your directions are implemented.

Once approved, the site is uploaded and final testing is done. We will make minor edits for the next 30 days at no charge. Changes made thereafter are billed at our hourly rate.

Contract
Once we agree on what is needed we submit a basic contract which outlines the terms and conditions of the arrangement. Typically 50% is paid down at contract signing and the balance is due on completion of the site. We also accept major credit cards via Pay Pal.

Materials
We will need copies of your logos, brochures, business card, photos or graphic images and any written materials you may want included in your site and to help educate us about your business.

Quote
First you need to submit the request for quote form, email us info or call us for a conference. The more details you give us the better able we are to assist you in realizing the site you truly have in mind.

Proposal
Once we have your questionnaire, we can determine what it will take for us to create your site. We will present you with an estimate for tasks, time line and budget by email or hard copy.
